Key Responsibilities
Provide need-based training to extension functionaries to improve their knowledge, skills, and attitude.
Develop training modules for middle and grass-root level extension functionaries.
Coordinate with MANAGE, Hyderabad and other institutions for advanced training programs.
Facilitate participatory methodologies in extension delivery.
Act as a nodal agency for HRD support to ATMAs.
Provide consultancy services in project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Develop and update database of extension functionaries.
